Growing Miss Ellie

Miss Ellie is 13.5 months old!  I have been trying to capture some of her new skills on camera lately.  It's tricky, since there seems to be a new skill almost everyday!  She is learning new words all the time too!

She has learned how to pull things behind her.

She is learning how to put her shapes into the shape sorter.

She is building on her dance skills.

I LOVE how she really seems to be singing with me :)

She has learned how to open and close a door (if it is already open).

She is becoming more interested in climbing.  She has learned how to climb in and out of the laundry basket.

She can say "hat" and likes to say "hat" whenever she puts something on her head.  She also recognizes all of Andrew's hats and will say"hat" and point to them.

She is also working on her animal sounds.  She can say "baa", "boo (moo)", and "woo (woof)".  She doesn't always make them for the right animal though.

She is growing up SO quickly.  This past week, I kept my neighbor's 3 month old little girl for a few days.  Doesn't Ellie look like such a big girl compared to Charlie?  Ellie kept poking Charlie in the head saying, "Baby".
